RETURN POLICY
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Our policy is valid for thirty (30) days after the day of delivery. Unfortunately, once you have exceeded those thirty days, a refund or exchange will not be permitted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not follow the guidelines specified in our policies.

To be eligible for a return on a product, the purchased item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and in the same condition when received

Must be in the original packaging

A Receipt or Proof of Purchase must accompany the item

Do not send the purchased item back to the manufacturer

There are, however, certain situations whereby only a partial refund can be granted (if applicable at all). The following extenuating instances are open to partial refunds:

Any item that is not in it's original condition

Is damaged or missing any parts (for reasons not due to our error)

REFUNDS:
Once your purchase has been returned, received by our staff and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that our staff have received your purchase. Our staff will then advise whether a refund on your return has been approved or rejected. If you receive an approved status, your refund can then be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit/debit card or original payment method. The turn-around time of such refund is dependant on the bank and can take a couple of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If, for some reason, you haven't received your refund within 3 days, check your bank statements or balance of your account. If the transaction does not show up, contact your bank to enquire as it might take time before the bank officially processes the credit. If all these steps have been covered and the refund is still missing, please send us an email at sales@prellextrading.co.za

SALES ITEMS:
Unfortunately, we will not pass any refunds or exchanges on sales items. Only full price items are eligible for refunds and exchanges.

EXCHANGES:
We will only exchange items if they are delivered faulty, defective or are damaged. Should you wish to exchange it for the exact same item, send us an email at sales@prellextrading.co.za and deliver your purchased item back to us. We will then dispatch a brand new item to you.

SHIPPING/COURIER:
You, the customer, are responsible for getting the purchased item back to us in order to receive a refund or exchange. Should you wish to send the item with a courier, you will be liable for the costs incurred. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an approved refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you are situated, delivery of an exchanged item may take time. We strongly suggest you consider using a trackable courier service or purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that your items will reach us.
