DELIVERY OPTIONS:

Standard Delivery - Door to Door Courier

• Standard delivery is typically the default option applied at checkout and will vary in cost from item to item. Your items are typically expected to be delivered within 1-2 business days in Gauteng and 2-4 business days for all other provinces. 

• Spend R2000.00 and receive free standard delivery in Gauteng.

• Once your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, you will receive regular status updates via text or email.

Store Collection

• Store collection allows you to collect your purchased items from our store in Krugersdorp.

• Please contact us at sales@prellextrading.co.za so we can arrange collection.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Business days exclude weekends.

• Your order may not be eligible for the standard delivery option due to size, weight, quantities, stock levels, delivery address issues or third-party vendor constraints.

• While most items ship the same day or the following day, some suppliers, delivery locations or non-stocked items may require additional processing time. As soon as your order is processed, you will be updated with news of any backorders, or issues with the order placed.
